A quick guide to creating your personal SWOT
In preparation for our Leadership Session #5, you are invited to watch this video.
The main purpose of a SWOT is to promote the identified strengths, reduce weaknesses, exploiting the opportunities and having contingency plans to minimize threats. There are many benefits and advantages of using SWOT Analysis for personal development. It is good for your success and betterment.
Two members of the 2021-2022 COHORT participants volunteered to present their SWOT analysis during our 90-minute session. All others will complete their SWOT analysis as a homework assignment, along with their Delta Resume, and headshot July 7, 2022.
