INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the coordinators of the Lunch with 250 Deltas on Founders Day event and Southside ATL Deltas from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Lunch with 250 Deltas on Founders Day.

I understand that it is my responsibility to staff my table at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my table.

I understand Coordinators of the Lunch With 250 Deltas on Founders Day and Southside ATL Deltas are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.

The opportunity to be (1) of (6) vendors at the event
Lunch included in the vendor's fee

Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the event. Applications MUST be received by October1, 2024. If accepted, a $125 non-refundable payment is due in order to hold your space.

NOTE: Only certified Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., vendors are allowed to participate.

The Lunch With 250 Deltas on Founders Day event will occur RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.

Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open on, Saturday, January 13, 2025 at 11 am-3:00 pm.

Table: Each vendor will get (2) six foot tables and (2) chairs. Each vendor is responsible for tablecloths and decorations.

Acceptance: You must have emailed [email protected] and with Tia Michelle prior to submitting your application and payment.

Electricity: Electricity is available within the building. However, extension cords are not provided.

Location: All vendors will be inside of the building. We reserve the right to determine vendor location.

Food: No outside food or beverages is allowed inside the building; except for water. Your vendor fee includes a lunch provided by the organizers.
