Join Our Omega Omega Documents Working Sessions

When:

  • Sunday, May 25, 2025 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Where:
Virtually via Zoom (Link will be provided after registration)

What:
A focused and encouraging time to work together on completing your Omega Omega documents. These sessions provide accountability and support so you can make real progress in a distraction-free environment.

Projected Agenda for 2-Hour Working Sessions

 

6:00 PM — Welcome and Introductions

  • Brief welcome and session purpose

  • Quick round of participant introductions

6:05 PM — Discuss Game Plan and Rules of Engagement

  • Review session goals and expected outcomes

    • Complete individual Omega Omega document
    • Transcribe and Submit your information to the Chapter's JOT Form
    • Inform your family member, loved ones, and the Deltas who have a need to know
    • Determine where you will maintain the information
    • Discuss with the decision maker when the Omega Omega ceremony will take place 
    • Read the updated Ritual
  • Rules of Engagement:

    • Mute yourself when not speaking

    • Use chat to share insights or ask questions

    • Use the “Raise Hand” feature to speak

  • Review key documents:

    • Ritual

    • PDF guidelines

    • Chapter's JOT Form

6:10 PM — Read the Ritual

  • Page 63 through Page 73

6:20 PM — First Work Block: Individual Document Work (40 Minutes)

  • Participants work independently on their Omega Omega documents

  • Facilitator available for questions or support

7:00 PM — Group Check-in and Sharing

  • Quick updates and progress sharing

  • Address any roadblocks or questions

7:15 PM — Second Work Block: Continue Individual Work (30 Minutes)

  • Participants continue working on their documents

  • Facilitator available for assistance

7:45 PM — Final Group Check-in and Session Close-Out

  • Share final progress and next steps

  • Encourage accountability and support

  • Summary and reminders for next steps

  • Thank participants for their time and effort

8:00 PM — Session Ends
