  • Arrive early: Doors open at 9:00 AM for registration and conversations prior to the 10:00 AM start time.

Registration & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

Registration fees are fully refundable up to seven (7) days before the event. Refund requests must be submitted by Saturday, October 24, 2026, to receive a full refund.

Because final commitments for the venue, catering, materials, and event planning are made during the week leading up to the Experience, refund requests received after October 24, 2026, cannot be honored.
