A Little About the Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience (BLLX)
The Bullying, Literacy & Leadership Experience (BLLX) is a one-day conference designed for adults who care for, teach, mentor, coach, counsel, lead, and advocate for children.
On October 31, parents, educators, youth-serving professionals, and community leaders will come together for practical learning, meaningful conversations, interactive learning experiences, and resources they can use to better support children.
BLLX focuses on three connected areas: bullying, literacy, and leadership, with practical strategies you can use after the conference ends.
Meet Your Host
Angela M. Odom
Founder & Host, The Bullying, Literacy & Leadership Experience
Angela M. Odom is a retired U.S. Army Colonel, children's author, educator, and community leader. She created BLLX to equip adults with practical tools, shared language, and strategies they can use to better support children.
As the creator of the Landon Learns children's book series, Angela believes children need adults who are prepared to recognize bullying, strengthen literacy, build confidence, and develop leadership.
Join the BLLX team live during the virtual information session, hear the vision behind the Bullying, Literacy, & Leadership Experience, and bring your questions.
