What is included with registration?

The Bullying, Literacy & Leadership Experience offers two ways to participate:

Educational Experience (Paid Registration)
Your paid registration includes admission to the full educational program featuring presentations, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and opportunities to engage with Angela M. Odom, Uso Fraser Sayers, and other presenters. VIP registration also includes a catered lunch and exclusive networking opportunities.

Community Marketplace (Free Admission)
The Community Marketplace & Vendor Experience is open to the public at no cost. Visitors can meet local organizations and businesses, shop with vendors, connect with community resources, and purchase books from participating authors without registering for the educational sessions.

This experience is designed for parents, grandparents, caregivers, educators, school administrators, counselors, youth leaders, coaches, mentors, nonprofit professionals, faith leaders, and anyone who works with or cares about children. 

Whether you support children at home, in the classroom, through your organization, or in the community, you'll leave with practical strategies, valuable resources, and greater confidence to help children prevent bullying, build resilience, and develop strong leadership skills.

It is especially valuable for those who want to create safer, more supportive environments where every child feels seen, respected, and empowered to succeed.

Do I have to purchase a ticket to attend? 

No. The Community Marketplace is free and open to the public. A paid ticket is only required for the educational sessions, keynote presentations, workshops, VIP experiences, and other ticketed activities.

What is the difference between the Educational Experience and the Community Marketplace? 

The Educational Experience is a ticketed event featuring expert speakers, interactive learning sessions, practical resources, and networking opportunities.

The Community Marketplace is free and includes community organizations, authors, vendors, exhibitors, and family-friendly activities. Visitors may shop, gather information, and connect with local resources without purchasing a ticket.

Can I bring my children? 

Yes. Families are welcome. Some activities are designed specifically for adults, while others are appropriate for children. We encourage parents and caregivers to supervise their children throughout the event.

Where is the event located? 

The Bullying, Literacy & Leadership Experience will be held at the Morrow Center in Morrow, Georgia. Free parking is available.

Is parking included? 

Yes. Free parking is available for all attendees.

Will food be available? 

Lunch is included only for VIP ticket holders.

Food and beverages may also be available for purchase from onsite vendors while supplies last.

What time should I arrive? 

Doors open at 9:00 am. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your first session to allow time for parking and check-in.

Will books and other resources be available for purchase? 

Yes. Authors, exhibitors, and vendors will have books, educational materials, and other resources available for purchase throughout the day.

Are tickets refundable? 

Yes. Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. Refund requests submitted fewer than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Will there be opportunities to meet the presenters? 

Yes. Scheduled book signings, networking opportunities, and designated meet-and-greet times will be available throughout the event.

I'm not an educator. Is this event still for me? 

Absolutely. The strategies shared during the event are designed for anyone who influences children—including parents, grandparents, caregivers, coaches, mentors, volunteers, faith leaders, and community members. No educational background is required.
